At NÜ Denmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Fill Out the Return Form

  Complete the return form included in your original package, specifying which items you are returning and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Securely seal the parcel and attach the provided pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
